Clients work with me on a variety of topics, generally about how to get more satisfaction from their work lives. This includes career planning and progression, how to create meaning at work, how to manage a role transition, and how to deepen and evolve their critical work relationships.
Lead from any role
You don’t need a management title to begin to lead. Clients working with me range from a few years of work experience to CEOs. I’m especially passionate about helping new leaders develop, especially those high-potential individuals who may not yet be in formal positions of authority.
Bring your whole self
With most clients, our time together is focused on their professional selves, but coaching topics aren’t limited just to work. My coaching style is an integrated approach that holds each person as a whole and complete individual, and our coaching conversations may range far away from the direct concerns of the office. This reflects the reality that the energy level, experiences and mindsets that we bring to work are present in our larger lives, too.
